BABz ChocoPB Cookie
1 pkg Classic Flatbread
3/4 c natural peanut butter
1/2 c chocolate chips
1/8 c maple syrup
2 T water
1/4 tsp vanilla
Let rest for an hour. Then drop spoons of batter onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes at 285 degrees. Let cool on a cooling rack.
BABz Fruit Crispy Crumble
1 package of BABz Classic or Keto Flatbread
1/3 c of coconut oil
1/3 c sugar (organic coconut sugar)
1 tsp of cinnamon
Blend with a pastry blender. Mix thoroughly and sprinkle on top of your choice of fruit, fresh or frozen.
Bake at 300 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Serve hot or cold. Makes a delicious dessert or hearty breakfast!

BABz Jelly Blastz
1 bag Keto Flatbread
2/3 c coconut
1/3 c cran raisins
3/4 c of whatever jam I had in the fridge (red currant jelly, in this case)
1/8 c water
1/8 c brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Mix and pour into parchment-lined cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Gently flip the baked sweet flatbread, peeling off the parchment paper, and let it rest in the cooling oven to lightly brown the bottom.
Martin did not get a formal review (except Myrna, "Great idea!") but Myrna did, "Yummy, yummy" from her happy taste testers.

1 bag Classic Flatbread
2/3 c coconut
1/3 c cran raisins
1 jar Rad Jamz Peachy Caramel Jam (www.radjamz.com)
1/8 c water
Mix and pour into parchment-lined cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Gently flip the baked sweet flatbread, peeling off the parchment paper, and let rest in the cooling oven to lightly brown the bottom.
