    Cooking Instructions:

    • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    • Pour entire flatbread mix into a bowl. Add 1 cup of water and stir.
    • Pour batter into 8×8 pan or a cookie sheet (for a thinner product), lined with parchment paper.
    • Let rest for 10 or more minutes. Score into 8 pieces.
    • Bake for 30 minutes or until it reaches desired crispness.
    • Remove from oven. Flip flatbread onto cooling rack.
      Remove parchment paper to cool or put back into oven for a crispier product.
    • Enjoy!

    French

    • Préchauffer le four à 375 degrés.
    • Verser l’intégralité du mélange à galettes dans un bol. Ajouter 1 tasse d’eau et remuer.
    • Verser le mélange dans un moule de 8×8 sur un plateau de cuisson doublé de papier parchemin ou papier sulfurisé (pour un produit plus mince).
    • Laisser reposer 10 min ou plus, puis diviser en 8 galettes.
    • Cuire pendant 30 min ou jusqu’à obtention de la consistance désirée, plus ou moins croustillante.
    • Retirer du four. Retourner les galettes sur une grille de refroidissement.
      Retirer le papier parchemin pour laisser refroidir ou réenfourner pour un produit encore plus croustillant.
    • Déguster!
