Cooking Instructions

A ground beef alternative for meatballs, pasta sauce, lasagne and more.

  • Add 3/4 cup warm water to 10 oz. mix.
  • Let sit for about 10 minutes, up to overnight, refrigerated.
  • Lightly grease hands and form balls (about 1oz).
  • Heat frying pan with oil.
  • Put balls in pan and cook until brown
  • Add your favourite pasta sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Serve with your favourite pasta.

  • Ajouter 3/4 tasse d’eau tiède à 10 oz. mélanger.
  • Laisser reposer environ 10 minutes, jusqu’au lendemain, au réfrigérateur.
  • Graisser légèrement les mains et former des boules (environ 1 oz).
  • Faire chauffer une poêle avec de l’huile.
  • Mettre les boules dans la poêle et cuire jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient brunes
  • Ajoutez votre sauce pour pâtes préférée et laissez mijoter pendant 10 minutes.
  • Servir avec vos pâtes préférées.
