BABz Brownie recipe

Wet Ingredients:
2 flax eggs (2 T ground flax and 6 Tablespoons water, mix and allow to sit, mixing frequently, for 5-10 minutes while assembling the rest of the ingredients)
1 1/2 T olive oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
(add olive oil and vanilla into flax eggs once set, mix)
Dry Ingredients: 
1 cup Bodacious Artisan Breads Classic mix
1/2 cup chocolate chips + 1 T
1/3 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup soy milk
1/4 cup cane sugar
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
2 T cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix dry ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. Mix wet ingredients in and stir until combined.
Pour into a greased 8×8 inch baking pan (glass or metal). Bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle on the remaining tablespoon of chocolate chips. Cool for 10 minutes then cut and serve warm.

1 pkg Classic Flatbread

1 c oatmeal

1/2 c coconut

1/3 c chocolate chips

1 banana, plus 1 cup water, blended

1 TB sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

1 small package of Easter Eggs


Blend and let rest for 10 minutes or more.

Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. I used 1 T of batter per cookie and it made about 35 cookies.

Top with chocolate easter eggs for fun!

Bake ate 350 for about 30 minutes. Enjoy!
